‘The flowing river never stops and yet the water never stays the same. Foam floats upon the pools, scattering, re-forming, never lingering long. so it is with man and all his dwelling places here on earth’ (Hojoki- Chomei Kamo)
I created this work after death hit my life as two of the closest people in my life died suddenly during one month.
This forced me to look death straight in the eyes and stop be afraid of it. Stop looking at it only from the point of view as the personal tragedy,
but as something which designs our life.
I'm trying to observed the world,
to give a testimony about the stamp death put on my life.
